At The Ansel Adams Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of fine art and home decor. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

• 2.
  Pack With Care

  Securely pack the items in their original archival packaging and shipping box to ensure the artwork is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
